  • Why do the purchased tickets have different name printed?
    Individuals sell their tickets on Eticket4. The tickets may contain the names of the people, who firstly bought the tickets. Your name must not mandatorily match the name indicated on the ticket. The ticket shall anyway remain valid and this will not be a restraint to enter an event.
  • Why the price on the ticket is different from the price I paid?
    The sellers set the price for the tickets themselves, and that’s why the price of the ticket can be lower, higher or equal to the nominal value printed on a ticket. Most tickets are sold lower than the nominal value. However, the ticket price can be significantly higher than the nominal value if there’s a big demand for them.
  • When will I receive the tickets?
    You will receive the tickets in several days before the start of the event, if the purchase wasn’t made in the last minute. You will be able to track the status of your order in My purchases section ofYour account.
  • Can I purchase the tickets, which are registered on another name?

  • How can I download the E-tickets?
    When your E-tickets are available for download, we will send them to your email. You will be able to download your tickets fromYour account. If you have several accounts on Eticket4, then make sure that you’ve logged in to the account, which you used to purchase the tickets.
  • Can I cancel my purchase?
    After the deal is made you cannot cancel your purchase. If you can’t attend the event, you may put your tickets for sale on Eticket4.
  • Why ticket prices differ for the same event, if the sector is the same?
    Ticket sellers set their own prices for the tickets they want to sell. We have no influence on ticket pricing. Therefore, the ticket price can be lower or higher than the tickets sold at the box office or on the website of the organizer.

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept payments from all popular plastic cards – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
  • Will my seats be together?
    Yes, for one ticket offer the seats will be located together. If the seats are not together, then for every separate seat will be a separate offer.
  • Where will my seats be?
    The section and the row of the seats in offers are shown on the event page and on the hall plan. Interactive hall plan will let you find the exact location of your seats. Information about the section and the row of the seats is indicated by sellers when they publish offers on Eticket4. For one ticket offer your seats will be together if during ticket purchase the separate seats are not specified.

    We calculate the tickets delivery time so that the buyer could receive the tickets before the event. If there’s not much time left before the event, we ask the ticket seller to hand in the tickets personally.
  • When will I receive the tickets?
    You will receive the tickets in several days before the start of the event, if the purchase wasn’t made in the last minute. You will be able to track the status of your order in My purchases section ofYour account.
  • What is required from me to receive the tickets in time?

  • How can I change the ticket delivery address?
    To change the delivery address you will have to tell us by emailsupport@eticket4.ru. We will tell the new delivery address to the delivery service. In some cases it will be required to additionally pay for the address change.
  • Is it possible that I don’t order the delivery and pick up the tickets myself?
    When your offer is received, usually the courier is automatically called for and the delivery is ordered.

    If you bought E-tickets, you can download them inYour account. If you purchased the tickets on paper, then the possibility that the tickets could be re-issued is low.
  • Have you found differences in the tickets?
    Different name on a ticket– This is possible because Eticket4 allows individuals to sell their tickets on the platform. The tickets may contain the names of the people, who first bought the tickets. Your name must not mandatorily match the name indicated on the ticket. The ticket shall anyway remain valid and this will not be a restraint to enter an event. Other price on the ticket – this is possible because Eticket4 allows to sell the tickets with a price, which is higher, lower or equal to the nominal value of the ticket. The date and time on the ticket is different from what is indicated Eticket4 during purchase – this is possible if the event is postponed.   • How to sell tickets?
    • There are several options: 1) press "Sell ticket" in the top menu of the website and in the search bar type the name of the event. 2) On any page of the site, enter the name of your event to which you want to sell tickets and visit the page of the event. • If you cannot find your event, click on the button (link) below the search box and we'll add the event. • At your event page click "Sell tickets" and enter the data for your tickets and your personal data. • Following the publication of your offer, we will launch advertising for your tickets at our own expense.
  • What is important to know during ticket sale?
    It’s important to know that:
    • You should indicate full information about the ticket for it to be bought
    • Seated places in one offer should be next to each other
    • All constraints such as child seats and limited visibility must be clearly indicated
    • Keep track of your ticket price to make sure that it is suitable for the buyers
    • Upload the E-tickets directly on website, and they will be marked as “Ready for download”. This will fasten their sale.
    • Promptly confirm the sale of your tickets, when we send you an email, that the buyer is for them is found.
    • Send the tickets to the Buyer before the date, which will be communicated to you in the email during ticket sale.
    You can edit your ad if your tickets are not yet sold. To edit your offer go to My offers in Your account https://eticket4.com/profile. You can remove your tickets from sale before nobody has bought them. To remove the tickets from sale go to the My offers in Your account https://eticket4.com/profile, click on the "Edit" button and uncheck the tickets which you want to remove from sale. You can delete your ticket sale offer, if no tickets from this offer are purchased. To remove the offer go to My offer in Your account https://eticket4.com/profile, and click "Remove from sale." If you sell several tickets in one offer, then buyers can buy all your tickets, except for one. If you unchecked “Allow to leave one ticket”, then buyers will not be able to buy your tickets if you have one ticket left. This option is created, because for seated places the single tickets are sold worse than two or more. For some events the buyers need to provide a confirmation document for the ticket sale before we activate the offer. The confirmation documents must be provided to the address support@eticket4.ru.If you haven’t found your event, you can ask us to add it using 3 ways:
    • Click on the button “Add event” on the Main page;
    • The search bar will show the button “Add event”, if your event is not shown;
    • E-mail us support@eticket4.ru
  • How can I edit the ticket sale offer?
    You can edit your ad, if your tickets are not sold yet. To edit your offer go to My offers inYour account.
  • How to remove tickets from sale?
    You can remove your tickets from sale before nobody has bought them. To remove your tickets go to My Offers inYour account, click on the “Edit” button and uncheck the tickets you want to remove from sale.
  • How to delete a ticket sale offer?
    You can delete your ticket sale offer, if none of the tickets in this offer are bought. To delete your offer go to My offers inYour account, and click the button “Remove from sale”
  • What does the “Allow to leave one ticket” options mean?
    If you sell several tickets in one offer, then buyers can buy all your tickets, except for one. If you unchecked “Allow to leave one ticket”, then buyers will not be able to buy your tickets if you have one ticket left. This option is created, because for seated places the single tickets are sold worse than two or more.
  • Why my offer is inactive?
    For some events the buyers need to provide a confirmation document for the ticket sale before we activate the offer. The confirmation documents must be provided to the addresssupport@eticket4.ru.
  • I can’t find my event. How can I add it?
    If you haven’t found your event, you can ask us to add it using 3 ways:
    • Click on the button “Add event” on the Main page;
    • The search bar will show the button “Add event”, if your event is not shown;
    • E-mail us atsupport@eticket4.ru
  • If your tickets are sold, you will be unable to cancel the sale, because the tickets will be paid for, and the buyer will be waiting for them.
    If you can’t send the tickets after the sale, Eticket4 will have the right to commission a penalty in order to find replacement for your tickets.
    If your tickets are sold, then it will be impossible to cancel sale because tickets will be already paid and the buyer will expect them.
    In case you can't send tickets after their sale, then Eticket4 has the right to write off from you a penalty for finding of replacement to your tickets.
  • How can I send paper tickets?
    When you confirm the sale of tickets in My offers https://eticket4.com/profile/offers section of Your Account, the courier will travel for your tickets. Click the button “Confirm and call a courier” only when you will be able to send your tickets to the courier. Just as you call the courier we will send an email, which will contain all details for courier delivery.
  • How to upload E-tickets?
    You can upload e-tickets instantly when creating an offer on the website. If you place several tickets in an offer, then each e-ticket shall have own field for uploading and creating offer. If you haven’t uploaded e-tickets in advance, then after sale you must upload them in My offers section of Your account and click the “Send” button.
  • Who will take my tickets?
    Our service provides sending a courier to the ticket seller and the delivery to the ticket buyer. You will just need to correctly indicate the address for the courier.
  • Can I deliver the tickets myself?
    We personally call the couriers to deliver the tickets. But in some cases we may ask the seller to make the delivery himself.
  • My tickets haven’t been delivered yet and are already bought from me
    When creating an offer, you must indicate “Tickets not at hand”, what will allow you receive much time to confirm sale, when your tickets are bought. If you can’t receive your tickets and confirm sale before the indicated term you will need to immediately contact ussupport@eticket4.ru, to ensure the delivery of the tickets to the buyer in time.
  • I’ve bought the tickets and sold them. What should I do?

  • I’ve found a mistake in my offer after the tickets had been sold

  • I haven’t got the tickets, which were purchased from me

  • When I will receive payment for the sold tickets?
    Payment calculations are made after the event on the second and the fourth working Wednesday of each month. Payments can be transferred to the bank card within 2 days.
