Alexander Ivanov and the Rondo group
The Rondo group is one of the oldest Russian rock and roll teams, and Alexander Ivanov is its almost permanent singer. The songs “Pale Barman” (“It’s also part of the universe”), “I will remember”, “Moscow Autumn”, “I will lay the sky under your feet” and “My unkind Russia” became popular hits, and “God, what a trifle” awarded the Golden Gramophone award.
Over the years, the group has released 10 studio albums, toured the whole country and neighboring countries with concerts, participated in events and festivals that are significant for Russian rock-and-roll. Alla Pugacheva for several years invited “Rondo” to her “Christmas meetings”. The group was well received abroad as well: the band toured extensively in the USA, Japan, Bulgaria, Poland and in the countries of Southeast Asia, and also performed on the famous TV bridge between Moscow and New York in 1986.
You can hear your favorite songs live and see with your own eyes their performer, Alexander Ivanov, and the Rondo group at a concert on July 18 in the Shore House restaurant.
